Better late than never
Things have been buzzing so much around here
I plum forgot to get out a March newsletter.
Who else is marveling at April? I
don't know if it's just where I live in the
LA area, but when I step outside I smell
stephanotis and citrus trees, and
honeysuckle. It's glorious!
Happy Easter to all! Victory indeed!

As you know, I ran the Catalina Marathon
in March. I had a strong finish
and I'm so proud of this ole body for
making it through the whole shebang.
It was a truly memorable event with
great scenery. Bucket list item-

I will be performing with Monkey Butler

in the Sherman Oaks area, come on out!
It's only $2!

Aspen Roots
As I've just moved in to a new house, there are all kinds of
repairs/improvements I want to make.
I've been spending a lot of time at Home
Depot, getting things here and there to make
it happen. Did you know there's a
discount lumber section? Ask an
associate there, and they'll direct you to a
bin in the back where you can find scrap
lumber on the cheap for your random projects
around the house. Prices range from 40
cents to $4 for all kinds of wood.

Audiobook
I'm currently narrating my first ever
audiobook recording. It's been a
learning experience and a fun, different
area of voice acting I haven't explored.
If you're a voice actor as well, I'd
encourage you to set up a free account on
acx.com and give it a try!
